How did notifications get turned off on every camera and on two phones at once?

I noticed today that I wasn't getting alerts on either of my phones from any of my six cameras. When I checked the phone apps, every camera on both phones had the notifications turned off. How does that happen? I certainly didn't do it. I'm the only one here so no one else has access to my phones.

@email_525317533946102 This has been caused by the upgrade of the client from v4.44 to v4.45. I have already written to support about this. This is the second time I encountered this scenario.
