Camera (C2 Pro) not focusing

Hi everyone,
I had this C2 Pro wifi camera for about a year now and today I changed the memory card to 64 GB and all of a sudden camera stopped focusing. I tried resetting the camera and still no luck. I tried manual focus on the app and it doesnt work either. See the attached file. What could be the problem?

Hi, please check whether the camera has the latest firmware, if not, you can try to upgrade firmware.
