    How can I do a firmware update on ma RLC-423

      Hi experts,

      I downloaded the firmware-file, but I get an error when I try to make an firmware-update over the web-interface.

      Failed: Failed to recognize the file format.

      What is wrong?

        Both times I had this problem I either downloaded the wrong version (3816 vs 5213 etc.) or the file name was too long. I'm not sure why the file name would be too long but when I rename the file and shorten up the length it would work.

          I tried, but it still won't work.

              Okay, I contacted the support and got another version of firmware.
              The update worked quiet right, but now the WebApp won't work well anymore.

              Everytime I klick on the Settings-Icon, the WebApp resarts with a message. (picture)

              I did allready a restart by power-off.
