EMAIL Motion videos poor quality RLC-411WS

I have set up and email for motion detected videos, but when I get them they are of poor quality nowhere near 4K more like the fluent size of 640x360

Cannot find anywhere to change the output size for fluent or email, so does the camera only out but in "Fluent" 640x360??

Hi, for some email server has a limit on the attachment size, so we set it in the "Fluent" resolution and you cannot change it.
