      Hey'all!
      The latest firmware for the Video Doorbell PoE, Video Doorbell PoE-W, Video Doorbell WiFi, and Video Doorbell WiFi-W is available! Check out the changelog:

      • Added support for ONVIF audio commands (two-way audio via RTSP).
      • Improved pairing compatibility with some Chimes.
      • Enhanced 2.4GHz WiFi wall penetration performance in certain situations.
      • Fixed other known bugs.
      • Note: the doorbell has become AI light-sensitive, so it may not automatically switch to color mode if the switching threshold isn’t set. You can adjust the value to 26 or -26 in Client "Display-Advanced-Black&White," or set the bar at the left/right end of the bar in the App, as shown in the two pictures.

        WiFi Doorbell latest update Day/Night Mode issue



        I’ve recently updated to the latest version of the Wi-Fi doorbell (black), v3.0.0.3308_2407315182, and after performing this update, the day and night cycle no longer transitions properly.
        During the night it transitions to the black and white(B&W) infrared mode, but when it becomes daylight outside, it stays on the B&W mode. Before performing this update the day/night cycle would transition properly.
        I have the mode set to Auto, but after this update I must manually set the camera to color during the day so that it gets out of the B&W mode, and then back to Auto so that it transitions to B&W itself at night. Then repeat the next day.
        A reset or reboot will only one time fix it, but after a day/night cyclus, the problem is back again.
        All settings are good and there are much complaints in dutch forum and also on reddit.

        The only solution is back to a former firmware, but where to find?

        Please fix this!

            @charleyr_749466446844060 I have the same problem. Nothing else has changed in my setup - as I use home assistant I used an automation to switch the camera to "color", wait 5 seconds, then switch to "auto" each morning after sunrise as a workaround. I've opened a ticket.

              @charleyr_749466446844060 I did some experimentation - their claim of needing to +26 the threshold is true for me and now my camera switches correctly from night to day. Give it a go.

                I really like the quality of the brand camera. The sharpness and detail are great. Easy to follow and assemble. For technology products, errors are obvious. pizza tower

                @reolink-daisy The firmware isn't showing for the POE Doorbell in the downloads section. I've tried to browse for it and there are no doorbells listed in "Choose your device form the list +"
