        Dear Dick,

Pls follow below steps to do the trouble shooting:
        1. Make sure the power output for your POE router is above 5.5W.
        2. Pls cover the daylight sensor to check if the camera is power on

            Dear Dick,

            1. Pls make sure the POE injector is standard with 802.af/802.at 48VPOE. Power output for each port should be above 5.5W.

            2. How about the network connection? Do you use the default ethernet cable or your own cable? If with your own cable, pls check if it is 8pin with below order:
            null

            3. And you may also try different poe port.
