      Hello,
I have 2 questions about the camera's detection. And what I can do better so that it detects everything and doesn't give false alarms.

In the video in the morning, the camera detects a person walking to the car, but not that the car drives away afterwards. To be more precise, it detected it as movement but not as a vehicle. This problem is especially common when it is dark.

In the second video, the system detected a car, but nothing moved. Could this be due to reflections on the paint?
What is the best way to stop this?

@user_865954023559356_865954023559356 You need to tune the sensitivity. It is rather difficult to have a setting which suits all scenarios. It takes some time to find the optimal setting.

@user_865954023559356_865954023559356 sensitivity as @joseph_1979 mentioned, and I will add object size. The pains taking part is finding the right balance of the two for any given type of detection. And you will find that on some cases, you have to compromise on one detection to better tune another. Yes, light reflection will give false positives. My driveway cam will sometimes process a the headlight reflection of a car going by as a person or animal. When we have snow/rain, the same camera will re-detect our cars in the driveway with a vehicle alert. You will find this with all camera brands at this price level.

My recommendation is that you start with sensitivity to find a setting that works with each detection type you want. Do not worry about it actually detecting the object type just yet, you simply want it to detect movement. This will be indicated by the circles icon during detection. Once you get the right amount of detections, you can fine tune the object size (if necessary) so that the camera correctly identifies the object type.
