Issue login password to cameras

I have LRN16-410 with 4 cameras and i enabled the feature Hybridge mode to operate with Google Home but it doesn't work. On the reolink app i can see all the cameras under the NVR correctly while i can't access individually on each camera because it sais that the password is not correct. The IP assigned on each camera is 192.168.0.x while i read it should be something like 172.x.x.x
What i' am doing wrong?

@denverbenve73 unfortunately, you will have to factory reset the cameras and follow these steps...

1) Remove all the cameras from the NVR settings.
2) Reset all the cameras.
3) Setup the cameras as stand alone (this will allow to to create your own camera passwords).
4) Add your cameras to Google Home.
5) Add your cameras to the NVR.

When you configure the cameras first in the NVR, the NVR sets a private password for each camera. That is why you can not add them to Google Home. By configuring the cameras a standalone first, YOU set the password.

@chopstix thanks for your precious reply, sorry but i can reply once a day due to the regulation.
I was able to configure the cameras and Google Home.

At this point can i connect all the cameras directly to the NVR or only the NVR to the router?

@denverbenve73 if the NVR is in Hybridge mode, you can connect them to the NVR ports.

@denverbenve73 Personally, I prefer to connect the cameras through a managed switch rather directly to the NVR port. The hybrid switch is implemented by connecting the 100mbps ports bus to the uplink bus and use software to enable switching. So if enabled, the router assigns the IPs to the cameras. If disabled then the NVR assigns the IP to the camera.

If NVR is down you won't access the cameras. So connect NVR and cameras to the switch and the uplink of the switch to the router. Note that NVR and cameras have to be on the same subnet.

Now i can decide to use the cameras directly connected to the NVR or to an external switch.
My question is: how can i have the remote access by the browser?

Previously I was able to see all the cameras, for a remote control, from the NVR IP address in the browser, setting the PORT FORWARDING on the router.
Now i can't.

@denverbenve73 Some of us (we do volunteer work :)) are experienced engineers working in the fields of Telecoms, networking, software, design and commissioning large networks worth millions of Euros.

You have two options:

1. Use VPN. Install a VPN server (which shall act as a relay) on your PC at home and use VPN client on your devices to access it remotely. When connected you will be part of the home network and you can access all cameras and NVR.
2. 
   
3. Use DDNS. This is Dynamic DNS which solves the problem of changing residential IP addresses by associating your address with a consistent domain name without the need to buy a pricey static IP. If you want to access your Reolink cameras and NVRs remotely through the domain name, you need to use DDNS. Ensure you enable http or https on the NVR. You can use the DDNS on each camera if you wish (except battery I guess). Get the DDNS accounts from https: //www . noip . com/ for free.

@denverbenve73 as far as I know, enabling Hybridge mode on the NVR should not have affected your ability to port forward to the NVR as long as your NVR still has the same private IP address 192.168.0.x and your Internet connection IP (public) address has not changed. If your public IP is a dynamic IP address, then you will need to see if your router/CPE supports Dynamic DNS (DDNS) as @joseph_1979 indicated. If it does not, you will need to manually monitor your public IP for changes.

Assuming nothing has changed, check to see if the HTTP/HTTPS access settings in the NVR has remained on. NOTE: You will not be able to access each camera directly via the web browser. Port forwarding does not allow multiple private devices to be forwarded on a single port. Thus, you must still access the cameras via the NVR. Remember that you still have the option of enabling UID and using the Reolink mobile client.
