I set up the Free (Basic) Cloud plan about a month ago and only just discovered it had expired. Is there no option to automatically renew the Basic/Free subscription? Or at least get an email reminder that it has expired?

I suspect that he plan doesn't auto renew in order to get you to return regularly and maybe buy a larger plan.
Sorry for that the basic plan its not available to renew automatically, because some users might change the plan to standard or business plan after experiencing the basic plan, thank you.

Or wait, we cant have a checkbox to auto-review because we "may" want to change the plan later?What is the reason you cant add support for this? I would have bought more Argus camera but the "free plan" signup limitations, renewing manually every month and 1 per account is not cost-effective, and a ha*sle.
@davidrsullivan_333381069951182 Agreed, David - I was gifted a new camera for Christmas and just had it installed secondary to weather. I'd like to grow my system but I"m not going to tie new cameras to this system if the company requires me to autorenew every month. So Silly.
