I had just purchased a RLC-410-5MP POE camera and it works great however I noticed that it squashed down people and cars etc and stretched them. Reolink support have confirmed the issue.
I use the windows client and android client, for the windows client I wrote my own script so it doesnt fill up my pc which works great.

My question is anyone using this camera with a NVR do you see any such issue?
Im thinking of returning it for the RLC-410-4MP version as i already have a wifi version of this and its perfect or should I just persist with the 5MP version until a fix comes out.
      See image for the issue.

I do love Reolink and wont be moving away from them anytime soon but would be great to get some feedback from other users

I have finally got this sorted out now I think, I found stretch mode in the Android app and also on the windows client.

Greetings, I purchased the 4k, 8MP camera system with the NVR. The cameras work great and I do not have any issues zooming in - everything seems to remain proportional. Howard Hoover
