      Hi All,

We replaced a few cameras in our Yard for the new RLC-810A and so far very pleased with them.
The only issue I have spotted is the white balance seems to not be working correctly?

During a particularly bright day the images of the yard seem to be completed saturated and very bright, one of the cameras which is pointing into our fields (and in the direction of the sun) does not suffer this issue.

All cameras are using the latest firmware (v3.0.0.177_21012103 at the time of writing).

I have tried various settings and nothing seems to affect the image.

      Any ideas are much appreciated.

Hi! In this case, could you please send us an email to support@reolink.com and also attach some pictures of the completed saturated and very bright image? And our suppot team will help you via the email.

I had the exact same issue on two cameras.
Here is a link to the fix that worked for me.

Tom what can i say...................most excellent post 🙂

I was literally about to reply to the support email I received with some further images to show what was happening, I will DEFINITELY refer to this post as it works!

I can confirm that changing the anti-flicker to either 50Hz or 60Hz make the saturation go away, reverting back to Auto makes it re-appear again.

Gotta be a bug or something?? Either way there is a solution.

MANY MANY THANKS again Tom. The timing was PERFECT aswell 😄
