Hey folks, recently bought two argus 2 cameras from amazon.

One of the cameras I've inserted a SanDisk micro sd card, 32gb.

However, when "purposely" creating events to test the recording functionality, I'm unable to actually view the recorded footage via the app?

Even after waiting a few minutes for the "footage" to fully complete, when I try and download and play it back, I just keep getting "download failed" errors.

      Thanks, Naweed.

Please check if the Micro SD card you purchased compliant with the standard. And then, please check if you insert the Micro SD card into the SD slot properly. Refer to Install a Micro SD Card into Argus Series Cameras.
If the problem goes on, please send an email to support@reolink.com. Our technical support will check it for you soon. Thanks.

I bought this microsd card today and seems to have worked.

I can now see the footage recorded on the sd card via the app.

I believe "endurance" specific microsd cards are the best for this sort of thing.

The camera was not successfully installed, maybe the wifi setup problem or the phone app installation step error.
