I set the motion capture region to the the whole field of view of the camera by using the "Full Screen" b**ton in the windows app. The next day, only about 10% of the field still has the blacks squares on it to indicate the motion zone. I think I am missing some of captures as a result. This has happened multiple times now. Is there a way of fixing this?Windows client version 188.8.131.52. Camera model E1, Fw_version v184.108.40.2062_19081900.
