FTP with NVR

I have the most recent update on my 16 channel nvr. I would really love it if the NVR would have the option for FTP uploads of images. Large video ftp uploads are not possible with most people's servers and connections. I'm sure this is an update that is coming (being as all of the cameras have the option now, the sooner the better). Below is the image of the ftp setup screen for my rln16-410 nvr

+1 on this option as I would like to upload just an image for Weather data and I'm unable to do it today with most of my cameras behind the NVR. The ones that are not, cannot be used for my desired purpose. I'm awaiting updating the NVR until this becomes an option.

What options for FTP uploading images do you exactly need, my friend?

What I believe he is asking for is only an image and not both the image and video sample during a upload. With the latest firmware you can select image only, but the size of the image is quite large and many servers such as Weather Underground (WU) will not accept them. It would be nice to have a scale option or smaller size for such uses.

Sorry, this is kind of an old thread, but the issue still has not been resolved. THE RLN16-410 NVR WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE OPTIONS TO ONLY SEND IMAGES OR TO GIVE YOU A CUSTOM TIME FRAME TO SEND THEM. My C1 Camera does give this option and it works great. My systems (7 RLN16-410 sytems with 12 cameras each) need to have this option. Your image above is from a standalone camera and not the NVR by the way.
