      1. I have a message on the Control panel that the login for the NVR was successful but on the cameras it was unsuccessful. Please help me by telling me exactly got to log into the cameras.

      2. How do I find my external hard drive on the control panel? I have a 4TB external Hard Drive.

      3. Unfortunately, the internal 2TB hard drive is faulty - getting a red HDD light. Will this effect the external Hard Drive?

      4. I have taken off the cover and reseated all the plugs on the internal hard drive - still the red HDD light. I have notified Reolink support about this. Does anyone know if I will have to send back the faulty internal drive to get a working 2TB internal drive? Does anyone know how much it cost to upgrade to a 4TB internal Hard Drive?
