Playback on NVR and Reolink App

I am having a weird problem with my RLK16-410B8 5MP system. The playback feature works only in fluent mode on my phone and my laptop. When I switched to clear mode, the footage loaded for 2 seconds then froze. I tried with multiple cameras, and they are all like that. Then I tried to playback on the NVR in clear mode, and the footage failed to load also. Not sure if anyone else experienced this weird issue before?

Is this local access or remote access?
It seems the internet connection is not good to support clear mode.
Please try to switch to another good connection.
