Hello Iam looking forwards to have NVR cameras supported by Google [censored]istance. Also, I am so interested in Cameras E1 Pro working in South America
All Reolink cameras (Reolink Argus, Reolink Go, and the cameras paired with the NVR system excluded) can work with Google [censored]istance at present. You can upgrade to the latest firmware that supports this function. For Reolink E1 Pro, you can click to learn more.
Will you be updating the RLC-410W to work with Google [censored]t.?
when will google [censored]istance work with reolink nvrs ?
Sorry for the inconvenience. Our R&D teams are working day and night to research the NVR firmware that is compatible with Google [censored]istance. You may subscribe our emails to get the newest update: https://reolink.campgn4.com/Subscribe-Us. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Thanks Cynthia !I just hope they figure it out soon as compe[censored]ion is tuff.Swann already has Google integration on the nvr. Not sure on Lorex. But I still love my ReolinkJust wish I had google ?
Thank you for supporting Reolink. We will spare no effort to figure it out as soon as possible. Have a nice day:)
Hello!Do you have any updates on support for European market and Google support? I'm about to order some cameras but I really want the Google support and want to know if its worth waiting for it I live in Sweden./Stefan
Sorry about that. Could you please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org? We will help you improve the stream quality and check the delay issue. Thanks.
Yes, Reolink cameras are Google [censored]istant approved. But currently, it only can be used in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The Google supporting in European area will definitely be in our plan. You may subscribe our emails to get the news: https://reolink.campgn4.com/Subscribe-Us. Thanks.
Please make this available for Asia as well.
Sorry about that. We will work day and night to make progress. Thank you for your patience.
I don't want to be critical of Reolink, but why would I want a security camera system that would allow Google or Amazon or anyone else to have information about the camera, location, video stream etc. Less integration with the big tech companies and more feature such as H.265, 8mp resolution, license plate capture etc., in a affordable price point. I know these features have been suggested for many years versus Google!
Yes，some suggestions are reasonable. But the camera isn't born with the complete function, we need to improve it step by step. We are collecting suggestions from our customers, then our R&D team will keep an eye on them and will publish some important functions in priority. Thank you for your understanding.
Oh please spare me the sarcasm the camera isn't born with the complete function, I don't appreciate your arrogant condescending tone of your response. If this job is too much for you maybe your talents would be better suited somewhere else. YOU, said over a year ago to another customer the h.265 will be coming out soon. Telling the truth seems to be a problem for Reolink.
Well done on adding all of your cameras with Google [censored]istant. Surprised there has been no announcement to say it is not just the argus line but now all cameras that support it. Well done on getting this done
Chris211, I tried adding my NVR POE cameras last night and google couldn't see them. What did you do to add them? Presumably, add reolink account to google [censored]istant then sign in to find cameras. Did you have to update NVR software?
Hi! I have an issue when I process the payment in purchasing cloud storage for V380 IP Camera. Please fix the error.
