Hi, Reolink NVRs don't support Google Home due to their hardware design. And I am sorry the old version RLC-410S also doens't support Google Home.
Only Battery-powered cameras (Argus 2; Argus Eco; Argus Pro; Argus PT) and the cameras with with hardware IPC_513/IPC_515 support Google Home.

It's disappointing that Reolink is exposing to Google A*sistant only the Fluent stream (640x480 typically) instead of the Clear Stream (HD+ resolutions).

I urge Reolink to fix this ASAP.

Hi there, the issue may because of the network connection.
Cause 1. On the camera side
Solution:
1. Check whether the camera is connected to the network stably and make sure it can be accessed via WAN (3/4G) smoothly.
2. Disable Smart Home skill for the camera via Reolink App and enable it again to try.

Cause 2. Google Home side
Solution:
1. Check whether the google home device is connected to the network stably and make sure it can be accessed via WAN (3/4G) smoothly.
2. Restart the Google Home device.
3. Delete Reolink smart home skill from Google App and authorize it again.

Please notice that the google home can only cast the fluent mode to the TV.

My issues have been with WiFi connections. The cameras seem to have weak or otherwise poor wifi even though mine have 2.4 and 5ghz wifi. My cameras cut on and off all the time when I watch them. I gave up casting to a tv because it was so frustrating. I have added wifi extenders too. I planned to add a few more but I think I may need to look for something else and replace these unless and update can help it. I am sick of constantly turning things off and on and wasting time and money to make these work like they should out of the box.
