We sincerely apologize for the delayed delivery of the pre-ordered Reolink Duo. But all the pre-orders of Reolink Duo have been shipped to our global warehouses now!

We're sorry for any inconvenience caused and offer a free 32GB SD card (shipped with the camera) for each delayed order. Thanks a lot for your kind understanding and patience!

All pre-ordered Reolink Duo PoE cameras are now on their way, by ship or by air, to warehouses around the world!

We're very sorry that some pre-orders may fail to be delivered before Nov. 30, 2021.
