Installed about 9 months ago. One camera "Patio" went offline about a month ago.

It's 2 stories up so I could NOT press the reset button until today.

On my iPhone, I can see the feed from the "Patio" cam after the reset.
On my desktop with Reolink app, I can NOT see the feed from this cam. See screenshot "Patio" and "Camera 1Y". One lists as offline and the other active ... but neither display the feed. I'm very confused. 8 cams are POE and 2 are Wifi. The issue is with the POE cam. The Wifi cams are Family Room and 2nd Floor.

      Any thoughts? Ideas?

          (1) Can you see all the cameras on the NVR monitor? You can try to check the camera status on the monitor.

          (2) Change another LAN port on the NVR for these cameras and see the status light of the NVR LAN port. Or change another cable to test.
          Check LED Lights
          (3) Try to upgrade the firmware of your NVR. You can find the firmware according to the NVR model and hardware version on the download center.

I can see the vid output on my phone.
I can not see the vid output on the Windows 10 desktop app.

There is NO WAY it's the LAN cable! The cam's aren't Wifi.
