RTSP an RTMP Port not changeable from Port 1 to another Port
-
Hello community I tried setting the RTSP port in the Windows Reolink app. In fact, both RTSP and RTMP have port 1 as an entry. And I don't know wy. I tried changing the RTSP port to the default 554 for RTSP several times. After confirming by saving, it reports successfully. But the next time I open the port page, RTSP port will be back to 1. I can't imagine what could be the cause? I have more than 1 Reolink camera and the behavior is the same for all Reolink cameras. I also have another brand of camera where I can change the RTSP port correctly. So to me it seems to be a problem from Reolink, does or does someone have the same problem and maybe the solution? Thank you and kind regards Bruno By the way: All other ports such as media, http, https can be changed as normal.

For the problem "RTSP an RTMP Port not changeable from Port 1 to another Port", you can try to upgrade your Client to the latest version 8.5.1. The problem can be solved in the 8.5.1 Client. If you still can't solve the problem, please let me know. -
@brigs164_336303621419229 After upgrading to the latest Client, you can try to upgrade your NVR again.
You can also try to find the reason why it fails the upgrade here, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900002119423-Fail-to-Upgrade-Firmware-via-Client.
