Accessing NVR via webpage from Mac

Has anyone had success using the web interface from a Mac? It is possible to do this from a PC, but, I do not own a PC
The PC test required "DvrWebClient.exe" ... is there a Mac equivalent?

I am running MacOS 10.14.6

And have tried Safari, Chrome, Brave, Epic and Edge. All fail in the same way.
