      Hi All,
      I have a RLC-520A that I'm trying out with a view to offering it as an option to my CCTV customers (currently I tend to supply Hikvision devices).
      I cant find any way of FTPing to my servers using SFTP? I am obliged to use SFTP as my servers do not allow basic FTP.
      Does anyone know if SFTP can be used with these cameras?
      Thanks,
      Andy

          @aps_465066058956938 Hello Andy, we are sorry that the RLC-520A camera doesn't support SFTP. However, we plan to release a firmware update soon with FTPS support. If there are any updates, we will let you know. 🤓

          Dear @Reolink-Lorenz, please let me know as well as soon as the SFTP is possible. Right now I am using the RLC810A. Thank you very much. Best regards, Pepa

              @pds Hi Pepa, thank you for reaching out. I am sorry that we don't plan to add SFTP to our cameras at the moment.

              Instead, we will release the latest firmware with FTPS support soon. When it is available, I will definitely let you know. 😉

              SFTP has been a standard for a long time and should be strongly supported by the Kmaras. I have the problem with the E1 Outdoor.

                  @sebastian-kaiser_510958919348405 Hi, our E1 Outdoor will support the FTPS instead of the SFTP. If you want to have this option, you can try to send a request here to get the new update of the E1 Outdoor. You can know more about this function here, https://community.reolink.com/topic/3278/new-feature-explained-ftps-only-in-ai-new-firmware-v3-1-0764.

                      @reolink-fiona
                      I just bought two reolink. Trackmix and duo 2 just to find out now that I have to think about sending them back. I have a Webhoster with 250gb unused space which I planned to use but who would expect that sftp is not supported by a modern camera producer. Very disappointing.
