Hi, I used to be able to download the video from my vivotek with goodsync, is it possible to do the same with Reolink cams?With vivotek it was via ftp, ftp://192.168.1.107/mnt/auto/CF, I'm trying to setup on 511's
You want to upload the camera's recording to the FTP server, right? The RLC-511W supports the FTP function. You can refer to https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020081034-How-to-Set-up-FTP-for-Reolink-Products
I dont have a server so it wont work for me
Ordinary web browsers can perform ftp when the user knows a URL that points to a file directory. Google searches will provide lots of examples, such as this one: https://www.timeatlas.com/ftp-web-browser/Perhaps the previous security camera had a link in the web interface to the root directory of the SD Card.
