      Hello,
I just installed two Argus PT cameras at my house. I noticed the flimsy mount the camera came with and did not think it would work well. Pretty much - nope! I mounted the unit outside and the first windy day, the camera shook and moved all day. Has Reolink developed a metal bracket for this model??

We do not have a metal bracket for the Argus PT currently, but we will forward your feedback to the R&Dteam and help them improve the products in the future.

As far as I know, there is a new mounting bracket for Argus PT ("Note: There are 2 versions of the white outdoor security mount. And we will ship one of them randomly". https://reolink.com/product/argus-pt/). Although not metal-made, I would say the newer one looks a bit more stable. Pity that Reolink is not giving it with ALL new purchases, but randomly alternating between both brackets. 😞

I got a stronger bracket on Amazon that works for my Argus PT. Several Amazon sellers have them in black or white and different lengths. Be sure they are long enough and the correct thread.
