Is it possible to playback multiple channels simultaneously using Reolink's app or browser? Live view will show multiple cameras but playback will not. Note that using the NVR directly with a monitor, I am able to playback 4-channels simultaneously.

      RLK8-520D4-A
      - RLN8-410 (Hardware: N2MB02; Firmware: v3.0.0.123_21031205)
      - RLC-520A (x4)

      Thanks

We are sorry to tell you that our APP or the browser can only support 1 camera when you playback.
If you want to playback 4 cameras remotely, you can use the Reolink Client on the PC.

Hello! Could you please check if it works now?

              Thank Cynthia.

I noticed that the PC Client I was using was v8.x, and it is completely different then v7.x, with much less functionality.

I am now using Reolink Client 7.2.2.33 (Windows 10), and most things seem okay except that in playback, I cannot view any events/alarms. On the Android app I can select 'show alarm videos only', and only the video portions with events are displayed, but when I try this on the Client (select alarms), nothing shows up. How can I view events only in the Reolink Client?

              Thanks.

The old client 7.2.2.33 does not have this function 'show alarm videos only’. Did you set 27/7 recordings for the NVR?
Could you please send us a screenshot to show what you can see on the playback page?

                  Hi Cynthia,

I have a total of 4 cameras, and 3 are set to record 24/7.

In the Reolink Client, v7.2.2.33, there appears to be an option to select alarms. See Client 1.jpg, but you can see that the timeline is blank on Client 2.jpg.

The Android app however, shows several events for each camera. See App 1.jpg, App 2.jpg and App 3.jpg.

It seems that the Reolink Client should be able to playback alarms/events.

                  Thanks.

I checked with our engineer and he said this function was not added to the old Client, so when you choose "alarm" the timeline is blank. If you want to check the alarm videos on the PC, could you please use the new Client 8.2.4?

                      Thanks Cynthia.

Now we're back to the original problem, where I can only use one camera at a time for playback. See attachment. It appears it should allow for up to 4 cameras, but I haven't found how to do this.
                      Thanks.

Double-click this area. Then you will see 4 channels.

Thanks Cynthia. The double click was what I missed.
