My Lumus cloud Library stopped recording on april 14th. Don't know what happened. My reolink app on my iphone still shows todays recordinbgs but they are stop and go spotty.
Please check if the cloud plan is expired. Also, please check if the camera can still record to SD card, if no, it is possible that the camera cannot be triggered by the movement so it cannot record.If there is still no luck, you can also contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org, they will be glad to help you.
