      Just finished setting up the Argus PT Pro. Good picture, but I'm missing some basic questions. First, within the app, I hit some links that give me a 404 error. Frustrating! Next, trying to set up the Cloud, but the credit card option doesn't work in the app. Only PayPal, which I don't want to use. So, my real question is how to access the camera remotely? Punch a hole in my router? Set up the cloud and pay a fee? I can't seem to find what I want in Support -- How to access your camera remotely.

        For the 404 links, could you please tell me which links do you mean?

        For the Cloud payment, you can click this payment and then you can choose to pay via other credit cards.


        If you fail to pay via other credit cards, you can try to subscribe to the Cloud service on this website, https://cloud.reolink.com/.

        For the remote view, you can just scan the UID code of the camera to initialize your camera, and then you can try to access your camera via 4G on your phone.

          @reolink-fiona thanks. The 404 errors were during setup of the camera. The question on cloud is why I need it. As you mention, I figured out how to connect remotely via cell service, so thanks. But regarding cloud, now that I understand, I don't think I reall need it, so payment is irrelevant. I recommend a Tips article on when you might need/might want to use the cloud service.
