Hi Reolink forum,I have an HIKVISION 20PTZ-N4215-DE3 connect to my Reolink NVR RLN8-410. Viewing the camera directly on the NVR works. However, when viewing from the Android App or the NVR Web GUI the stream is loading forever. The following error message appears when I try from the web interface: "Failed to get configuration, please try again." NVR recordings from this camera can be viewed on the app.HIKVISION 20PTZ-N4215-DE3 has ONVIF support.I have elaborated a bit with the video stream settings using ONVIF Device Manger but without success.Any help to get this solved is appreciated.Thanks,Erik

@maximus may be there is some corrupted file, so for that reason, the issue is happening.
