      good morning, why is it that when we receive a motion notification, when we click on it, the video goes live?
      In the past, the video would immediately reproduce the exact moment of the movement. Is it some setting or problem in the app or firmware? I have everything updated. ( rlc 520a, 510wa, whith sd card) .

      this happens with firmware v3.1.0.764 (20 jan22) 
      with the previous firmware v3.1.0.494  it already works well!!
      is there any new beta firmware for 520A?


      why did they remove the function to set the range of I frames per second?

          For the notification problem, the APP will take you to the live view within 2 minutes. It will take you to the playback page after 2 mins. It is the design. 

          For the iframe firmware, we have removed it from the new firmware because it has affected the night image quality. If you do want to have the firmware with the iframe, you can contact our support team for the beta firmware. You can submit a request here, Submit a request – Reolink Support.

            @reolink-fiona olá, existe algum firmware beta posterior a 20 de janeiro de 2022 com iframe? Eu gostava do iframe porque metia o valor em 1, e a ver reproduções em 16x de velocidade o video era muito fluído e mostrava os frames todos. Agora sem a opção iframe, o video em 16x pula de 4 em 4seg, e não se vê tudo tão fluído.a imagem de noite, com o novo firmware está mais bonita sim, mas a imagem é muito mais lenta e tem muito arrasto. Isto no modo cor. Na minha opinião, estava muito melhor no firmware anterior..
            Agora com as notificações no meu não está a funcionar bem. Mesmo se carregar passado muito tempo vai sempre para o live.

              For the iframe firmware, you can contact our support team to get the beta firmware.
              For the APP notification issue, could you please sync your time on the PC Client first? Set the DST time.



              If it can't work, I will continue to contact our APP team to look into this issue.

                @reolink-fiona pois eu tenho a hora correcta sim. Á cerca de 2 semana mudou a hora no meu país(Portugal). E acho qur foi apartir daí que deixou de funcionar bem. Mas está tudo certo. Não sei o que se passa

                  @reolink-fiona sim acho que o problema é o DST time.. desativei e acho que está bom. Obrigado . É um bug do software. Tive de meter a hora em manual
