      Hi,
I don't know if it belongs here but I would like to ask. I have a virtual Win 10 pro where the software from reolink is still running. After 5 days, the SW cuts and there is only a black screen. Then I have to turn the SW off and on.
      Any advice on that?
      Marek.

Im getting the Black screen constantly too, on Win 10 pro. I had the opportunity to do a full install of windows 10 and it still occurs.
I can get this to happen 100% of the time when playing back videos .If I'm using play back and jump to different times around 5 times the screen goers black.

I have also found since the last update, on my Google pixel phone if i leave the client open for a period of time it crashes after around 15-20 of being left open.

This can be caused by the incompatibilities of the Display Drive on your computer. You can try to upgrade the Display Drive to see if the problem can be solved. If not, you can submit a request, and our tech will help look at this issue, Submit a request – Reolink Support.

Yeah, so many users are having this problem and Reolink claim they will have it fixed in 8.8.*.

              Hi Fiona,

This is not a video driver issue, I have had this on two pcs with different graphics cards one AMD and one NVIDIA, I have attached a screen shot of the graphics card details on the latest PC I have just done a fresh install of windows 10 pro. This is my gaming PC and it runs Virtual reality head sets also with zero issues.

It was only until the latest iteration of the clients I started having the issues. As I said i can replicated the issue, if I go to play back and jump around a little through play back of different scenes.

RTX 2060 6GB Graphics card with latest drivers.

@martin-kistell_73972976554167 Thank you for the feedback. Our tech is optimizing the Client now. We will try to fix it in v8.8. We will also have Client Beta Test before the official release. We will make an announcement at that time.
