Reolink Camera Fails to update Firmware

I recently tried to upgrade my firmware in my RLC-511WA camera,.old version 3.0.0250_21040809 I downloaded the new firmware (v 3.1.0.956_22041509) double checking the model and HW number. The first time I tried to update it appeared to work but when I checked the camera info, it indicated the old version was still installed. I tried to update again but it failed saying the new version I browsed to was already installed. However the info page continues to show the older version is still installed

@jsintx2017_378711983128823 Can you try to reboot the camera and see if it can be refreshed?

If the reboot can't work, you can try to restore the camera. -
I have tried the reboot. No help. Will the refresh erase all my settings? I am remote from the camera.

@jsintx2017_378711983128823 The reboot just restarts your camera instead of erasing the settings of your camera. If it can't work, you can try to restore your camera in the APP or hard reset your camera. Restore and hard reset will erase the settings of your camera.

@jsintx2017_378711983128823 Hi there, sorry for our mistake. Our download center has just upgraded to a new version. For the firmware of RLC-511WA, the website mix the versions. We will correct it asap. You can try to download the firmware again.
