Display settings failed to load

I am having trouble accessing the display settings on my cameras vie the reolink app. It gives me an error message “Display settings failed to load. Tap to try again. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Hi there, do you connect the camera to the NVR? If so, you may need to upgrade your NVR firmware. There may be some compatibilities between the camera and NVR firmware. You can try to download the NVR firmware and upgrade the NVR on the PC Client or Monitor.
