Client on Mac

I have a Reolink Argus Eco in our holiday home in Spain. On my phone, the app works fine. I had a Microsoft Surface Pro with the client on and that worked fine as well, even when I was at home in the UK.
I just replaced my Surface with a Macbook and have just installed the client. But I can work out how to add the camera.
Even though I'm on the same network, it fails to find it in the search. If I enter the IP address of the camera or the UID, the login either just says "Login failed" or complains that the username and password are incorrect - doesn't seem to be a pattern to which of these it chooses. I'm logging in with the same user name and password I use on my phone.
Am I doing something wrong? -
@andy_470311781601442 What's your Client version? The latest Client version is v8.7.3. You can download the Client and try again.

If it is the latest one, you can try to reinstall the Client and see if it can work.
