Hello there. It seems that there is no possible way to manually update the Argus 3 pro.. I have 3 cameras.The very first camera I got has firmware version v18.104.22.1687_21051100 and seemed to never really auto update though it is activated.The second one that I bought only weeks later updated to v22.214.171.1243_22051000 and the last one I just bought days ago has v126.96.36.1999_22012700.All have the Autoupdate enabled. I tried to update them via the client and the app by clicking "manually update" but all cameras tell me that they have the latest firmware, which cannot not be true for at least 2 of them..How can I update them? I'd really like to have the AI and masking/marking features on all cameras but just on two of them..Thanks for your help.
@sebastian_527279437983953 To upgrade the Argus 3 pro, you can try to send your UID and system info to the support team, and then they will push the latest firmware to you to upgrade. Submit a request – Reolink Support
