      good morning, there is a problem that has not been solved, it is the following, when we use the application outside the house, either by wifi or by 4g, when using the application if it is minimized, when starting again the cameras do not load. you need to close the app and start again. I find this a little annoying. indoors on the wifi network always works fine. Thanks

            @ramms_119_396004748976341 have you tried changing image quality to fluent?
            potentially could be a data upload issue from your wifi.
            Or try turning off hardware decoding.

                It has nothing to do with network level or fluent or high quality. it is even the application when it is opened after being minimized, it does not open the streaming. and it only happens when we have 4g (mobile data) or wifi other than my home. My phone ( samsung s10+)

                    @ramms_119 Hello, I have both the 4.30.1.1 and 4.31.0.4 versions installed on two distinct Samsung S10+ and never encountered such an issue. Live view re-appears immediately.

Did you see the video I posted above? with 4g (mobile data, away from home), clicking on the central button of the mobile phone (minimize) and when reopening the application, does it work well? I've seen it on other phones and the same thing happens.

                        after your reopen, do the videos load if you press the refresh button on the camera image?
                        or only after your close the app and reopen?
                        and to confirm it doesnt do this if on same wifi?
                        Usually mine works fine, but if they dont auto reload after minimizing the app, I can just press the reload image button and works perfect.

                          @big_ted Yes, that's it. when it doesn't automatically load the stream and after the buttons to restart appear it loads well. but it's something they could fix in the app, because every time I use the app I always have to close the app so it can start and load the streaming right away. on home wifi it always works well anyway
