New product request - great zoom lens

Hi there, I was wondering if there could be a product made to match my needs. I currently live in a flat and the building has no garages. I park my car outside approx 200m away, clearly visible from window. I would like to have a camera with great zoom that could monitor my car parking space. The variability in zoom or having a motorized zoom is not a requirement if zoom is adjustable at least manually. Purpose is to monitor possible malicious activity or just to see if there aren't parking cars that are not allowed to.

@vigy_591093180735512 We will have an RLC-823A 16X soon. It is with 16X optical zoom. Now the maximum zoom of our camera is the 5X optical zoom.
