TrackMix POE PT speed adjustment, missing tracking setting

Where in the Windows and Android clients are the controls to adjust the pan and tilt speeds of the TrackMix POE? Also, I'm only seeing "Digital" and "Digital + PT" for tracking methods instead of the expected "Digital tracking", "Digital tracking first", and "PT tracking first". Which one was dropped?

@reolink-fiona Firmware is v3.0.0.1080_22062200. Windows app is 8.7.3. I'm not sure about the version on my android tablet because it isn't currently in front of me. I'm sure I recently checked to see if it was the latest public release though. I did find the settings in portrait orientation on my android phone. I'm considering these settings a couple more things that the android app doesn't show when forced into landscape (such as on my tablet). I still can't find the speed setting or the correct tracking modes in the Windows app. Tonight this cam is also annoyingly alternating between IR mode and spotlight mode every minute or so.
