      I compared five different Reolink cameras: Duo, Lumos, Argus 3 Pro, RLC-842A, and the RLC-810A. I expected the RLC-810A to perform on par or better than the Duo, but I'm seeing very poor image quality. Does anyone have any suggestion as to why this may be? I selected "Clear" (highest quality) stream for all of the images, and all software up to date.

        Hi there, may I know the distance of the license? You can set the resolution and bitrate to the max and have a try again.
        Setting->Stream->Resolution and Bitrate

          @reolink-fiona Distance is about 27 feet in all samples. I tested with max bitrate and it made not difference. I wonder if there's a pending firmware update to correct the problem? Or perhaps I just got a bad RLC-810A unit?
