Hello, community!Maybe someone here has been through the same problem. I'm trying to add one Reolink E1 to the Synology Surveillance Station.The wizard doesn't find de camera on the network, and I've tried to add it manually but without success (no connection between Synology and camera).The camera is connected by cable to a TP-Link powerline AV600 receptor. I can successfully access the camera through the Reolink mobile/macOS app, but I would like to and to Synology.Can anybody figure out what I'm missing?
@andre-casado_517470471028895 Hi there, sorry that our E1 doesn't support ONVIF, so it can't connect to the Synology.
@reolink-fiona ohh!Problem solved. Thank you!
Maybe this may provide some insight.https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004124293-How-to-Add-Reolink-Cameras-to-Synology-Surveillance-Station
@john_350143387672724 Thank you!I followed the steps but did not find the camera on the same network.I have no firewall.I don't understand what's going on.
I do not own a E1 camera, but this screen shot should be similar to your camera.Using the Reolink client check your settings under the Network => Advance => Port settings and make sure RTSP & ONVIF are enabled.
@john_350143387672724 I see... but I don't have that option.Maybe because is a wired connection?
Do you have the latest firmware version V220.127.116.11_20102200? Latest app & Client?
Ops! Got caught on the E1 vs E1 Pro. The above article states the Synology Station works with the E1 PRO.
