@dg Have you upgraded your firmware to the latest version? Check the latest firmware version on our download center first.
If it is the latest one, you can also try to reset your camera and set it up again. If the problem remains, you can try to submit a request here and our tech will help you with this specific case, Submit a request – Reolink Support.
