Recently purchased Argus 3 pro and the app doesn’t give me any options other than pir and recording. I don’t have the pet option or object size or detection zone. When I go to upgrade it states it’s up to date. Firmware is V22.214.171.1247_21051100. Without these options the camera is basically useless for my needs.
@house_604246080061505 The reality is you can't update it automatically even if the apps/clients say "Autoupdate enabled".Anyway, I contacted support and they pushed the upgrade (v126.96.36.1993_22051000) just for my device the following day.My impression is they don't want to make the firmware available on the website for some reason, so I guess that's not a bug.
@house_604246080061505 make sure auto upgrade is turned on in the client/app and the new version should download. If it doesnt, contact support and they will push the new firmware out. Also make sure your app and client are up to date as some settings only appear in the newer client/app also.
Apple or Android?the current Android app is 188.8.131.52, which has those options.

@house_604246080061505 Yes a firmware issue. I believe the argus 3 pro should auto update if enabled in the app, otherwise contacting supportcan forward the new firmware. A lot of the other cameras will have auto update enabled in the future.

Did not read the post carefully.)My Argus 3 Pro has firmware v184.108.40.2067_22071100I have the automatic firmware option checked, but since.I did not pay attention to the version on it when it came out of the box, I do not know if it updated itself or not.
