Reolink Duo Wifi DETECTION ZONE

Hello.

I just bought another Reolink Duo Wifi (Battery) and I noticed that the DETECTION ZONE feature is not available on the new camera. I analyzed the firmware of both cameras and the last one I bought has a previous firmware.

I tried to find the firmware on the website but it doesn't exist. I really need to update the firmware.

Does anyone know where I can find it?

If its the First Gen Duo, I believe there is new firmware due to be released soon

@big_ted Yes, first gen duo. I'm not willing to wait for an update to solve my problem. The thing is, I have two identical cameras with different functionality. I don't want the firmware version that will be released, I want the firmware version that already exists and that is already installed on one of my cameras. I'm waiting for you to send me the download link so I don't have to return the camera to the store.

The firmware version I need is: v3.0.0.1045_2206131045

Best thing to do would be to contact tech support and they can email it out.
I have had other firmware emailed out from there.

@diogostefani_543814670500058 This is available on the new Duo 2 Wifi battery operated camera which shall be available soon. However, it lacks pet detection which presumably will be introduced at a later date. Maybe if there are many requests they shall introduce it on the first generation Duo.
