    Failed to download yesterdays video playback

      Hello and I have a question...

      I tried recently to download a video and it failed to write to the storage location.
      The D drive is my storage location and there is plenty of room.
      I edited a segment from the previous day to download inside the Live view UI.
      I edited the timeline and trimmed the timeline down to 19 minutes.
      This resulted in about 8 to 10 separate files to download.
      The first attempt to download failed along with multiple attempts.
      I updated the local client as I was 1 version behind and it still failed.
      New version is 8.8.1
      RLN8-NVR new 1 month old.
      4k new camera - B0B3PM7LKC
      Camera is 3 months old -
      So the storage location was critiqued again - D:\pictures\riolink
      The storage location was confirmed and remenu'd inside the UI settings.
      Attempted to download and it failed again.
      What am I doing wrong? And, what do I look for to remedy this issue?

          I’m having issues in doing so too. I’m using the mobile app, it crashes at 99% of completion download.

            @robert-leyzerovich_519547077562499 Set playback to LOW and try to download a video file. And then set playback to HIGH and try to download the same video again. Ensure that you do not exist the download page. If you get out of the window then downloading will stop. They need to fix this and increase the file transfer rate from the camera side.

                Yeah i've done that same issue - all cameras - reinstalled app - restarted NVR.

                  @robert-leyzerovich_519547077562499 So this also fails when trying to download a low resolution file using Android Reolink client and being on the same network of the camera. Right? Is it the first time you tried this? Did you try it on Windows client? Did you try ftp? If you still can't download I suggest you to email Reolink support.
