at night when it tracks people going to the side of the house, the light from the camera is aimed at the wall which blacks out anything from being visible.

RE: Audio enabled cameras feature request - quick reply from notifications
@reolink-fiona you know how when someone calls, you get the option of sending them a text message with multiple replies, we need this in terms of audio message for a quick reply. When there is movement detected, there should be a notification that firstly shows snippets of the movement and then give us an option without opening the app to quick reply with pre-recorded messages like, we'll be right there, or leave the package.

@reolink-fiona iPhone - we need this in the iPhone too.

Audio enabled cameras feature request - quick reply from notifications
I'd like to see implemented a feature that would allow all audio enabled cameras to send out either a pre-recorded message or a generic message from the notification popup when movement is detected.
This would be a nice feature as currently there are too many steps to enable 2 way audio. -
Camera 2 way audio feature request - Separate alarm from 2 way audio
The issue at hand is that there is only one setting for volume for the speaker. My alarm is set to be at maximum which is what I want. Though when speaking into the app for example to have a 2 way communication with someone is nearly impossible. The audio is much too loud for the mic to clearly hear the other person. Sometimes it's so loud in fact that I can hear myself echoing as the mic picks my own voice. Yes we can manually go in and adjust the volume, but the sliding bar is difficult to adjust on the fly to make sure the other person can hear you clearly and not loud enough for the mic to pickup your own voice.
We need to have an option for multiple volume modes. One for alarms, and a separate for 2 way audio. -
Auto tracking feature request - Boundary
Is it possible to have all PTZ cameras to have a boundary limit for their tracking feature? The reason why is when the IR sensor or LED lights are on and tracking someone near a wall it blows out the image completely. There should be a feature that allows the tracking to stop at a certain point and not track any further, would be nice to have an option at certain times, specifically for night time as day time there is no issue.
Currently we only have the detection zone which is set for the initial track point.
This feature is a must as anyone who walks nearby the camera and a wall is present - the entire camera becomes disabled. -
RE: #KEENtoexplore: Win a New Trail Camera here!
I will install the Keen Ranger PT+Solar Panel on my trail and monitor the entrance to the creek, visible will be salmon coming upstream as they jump from one body of water to another. Unauthorized persons fishing will also be visible.

Zoom / Focus
Allow both Focus and Zoom to work at the same time. It seems that what happens is the camera first zooms into a location, then proceeds to focus. I've seen some cameras on the market allow after upgrading the software, to both zoom and focus simultaneously thus having a clear image very quick.

possibly to make way for the 16x version. That or the complaints I had with the auto tracking and auto zoom that was stated for that camera. They now tell me auto zoom was a misunderstanding though it clearly was written for the 823A’s.
I’d rather exchange the 823A’s I have for the track mix but that’s coming out in September. Unless the 823A 16x has auto zoom, then I’ll take that.
too many issues with the 823A currently, they’re definitely trying to improve it and I’m glad, but false advertisement even if it was unintentional is not ok. Main reason of buying the 823A’s we’re for auto zoom.
