fix blank screen when using windows 11, I get a blank screen when i try to view my cameras, how can i fix this problem?

Common problem at the moment. First thing to do is disable hardware decoding and ensure app and firmware up to date.
There maybe other fixes if you search as its a common problem on Windows 11
