HiNot sure if this has already been suggested, I did a search but couldn't an existing one so apologies if it already has.The ability to have different sensitivity settings at different times of the day is a good feature. I'm pretty sure a lot of users like me have day and night periods set up, as suggested in the user guide. An improvement to this would be if you could select "day" and "night" periods which are linked to when the infrared lights are off/on etc. Timed periods should take priority over these so you could define a day period and a period 08-10am to deal with sun rise etc.Is just a thought. Thanks
Thank you for your feedback. We will forward it to our R&D team to make improvements.
I agree. I have a set of outdoor spot lights by one of my cameras. The Day & Night is set to auto, which is fine in daylight as the colour is good, however, when it gets dark, the outdoor lights keep the colour setting on, rather than switching to back & white which allows a greater vision. Is there no way to have a schedule to allow us to switch from colour to B&W at a certain time?
Sorry to tell you that our camera cannot support the schedule to turn on and off the IR lights. We will forward your feedback to the product manager to eveluate.
