Having just bought RLC-823As and NVR, I have set up patrol and motion detection, but it sends a motion alert every time it moves. I understand the comparison between frames, but surely it must be possible in firmware to disable motion detection for a frame before, during and after panning, tilting or zooming?Could you please add this as an option if it's not already there, as 187 false alerts last night means this is unusable.
