I bought this IP camera. When I log in through the web browser google chrome and select the stream type clear. I see that this device does not support this video streaming. I can only choose balancing or fluent. Fluent is an ugly stream, because it has a low resolution and balancing is nicer, but it is not even close to 4K, or even full HD.
How could I achieve a better quality stream?Reply QuoteShare0- Share this Post

@user_660263947960376_660263947960376 Can you try with Reolink Windows client? Download it from Reolink download center

@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 The issue may be that this camera (RLC-822a) encodes the clear stream with H.655. From the camera specs:
Not all web browsers support H.265 encoding. From the Wikipedia article on H.265 (replace space with period)
wikipedia org/wiki/High_Efficiency_Video_Coding
Scroll down to Browser Support -
@crimp-on_62210811129 He mentioned Chrome and this is supported if his version is 107 or higher. Google have quietly added H.265 support.
