      What is the huge secret that no one can call reolink support, I don't have days to waste waiting for an email?

      Additionally, can't find the smart home option in the APP.

          @bill_645930933579892 Reolink sells directly to customers, they are not in stores. They are a low cost brand but have good quality cams with good features. Their cost savings comes from selling directly. They don't have a phone support department, just email, to keep costs down. I've had good service from them responding within 24 hrs. unless it's a weekend. Users can use this forum or the Reolink forum on Reddit for help from other users.

          I'm not sure what you mean by smart home option in the app. Reolink concentrates on cameras, they do not have a full line of products like window sensors, door locks, lights on/off etc. but they are working to expand their product line. There's a couple of YouTube channels I like that review cams, LifeHackster and The Hook Up, watch them, they explain what Reolink cams can do. Reolink also has it's own YouTube channel for info. Another plus is Reolink does not require a monthly subscription like many other brands do. They work with Google and Alexa but I don't know how to set that up, I don't have that.

            @bill_645930933579892 They are a reputable brand producing good quality cameras at an affordable price. As md suggested, there are myriads of you tube videos produced by independent people which give details of their cameras and applications.

            Emails are replied within 24 hours during weekdays. I had numerous correspondents with their support and would say they were always helpful.
